Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item passes inspection. Refunds typically process within 1-5 business days of receipt. Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale items such as heavily discounted products or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please report any defective or damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified.
